If you are looking for the luxury experience of renting with many amenities to choose from, BluTowne is the way to go. Pool table, a heated salt water pool, a fully equipped gym, outdoor fire-pits with lounge, and many more. All of the residence were very friendly along with property staff. Any issues were addressed accordingly and promptly. BluTowne is high-end luxury living! Go check the out!

Very nice, but amenities like garbage and WiFi are not included in the high rent, they are services you pay for. $70 is too high for WiFi in my opinion, you know they’re getting a better deal than that. Parking is $100/mo. So basically add $200 to the rent for “amenities”. It felt like a fair high price if some amenities were included.

Everything is really great besides what they charge for pets. It was 500 dollars for 2 cats as the deposit and then they make you spend an extra 30 dollars per year per pet for screening which is very excessive in my opinion. Giving it 4 stars because of that but 5 stars if you don’t have any pets. Everyone is very friendly. The apartments are very nice. The pet policy could be better in my opinion.

Great place to live, I feel safe, people are good and access to restaurants.Businesses is walkable and great. And of course, my dog CHARLOTTE really loves it here as well

- Location - Right next to the round about near the East Peoria Costco. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping places so it's pretty convenient. Only takes a minute or to to get on 74. The only concern I had was that the building was right next to several busy roads. Will have to see about the sound proofing and security. - Amenities - Definitely the biggest selling point of Blutowne. Although I didn't get to see the swimming pool and fire pits cuz it was still under construction, the lounge, mail room and hallways looked pretty neat. Super spacious gym and lounge with lots of lighting. I could imagine hosting social gatherings during sports season and going to the gym after work within a few steps. It's good to see an apartment building with real luxurious level amenities in town! Makes me miss my old days back in the city. - Interiors - Love the modernized kitchen and bathroom. Lots of storage spaces. Having a kitchen island will definitely make meal prepping a lot easier. The entire apartment is decorated in a warm tone of beige / grey, which is aesthetically pleasing. Big windows. - Management - Michelle has been very welcoming and helpful. I had great experience communicating with her, and am very grateful for her assistance throughout the whole application process. - Price - I have mixed feelings about this one. Blutowne doesn't require any move-in fee or security deposit, which is a huge plus. However, there is a mandatory $100 monthly fee for trash valet and internet/TV. There will also be water bills split between all residents, which I'm not sure how much it's gonna be yet. Pet fee is around $30-$40 per month, with a non refundable one-time fee of $300 (I could be wrong, but approximately this much). So adding all these to a rent that is already on the higher end of the market, the total monthly rental cost is kinda prohibitively expensive. Since most of the units and public spaces are still under construction, and no residents have moved in yet, the overall value of money is TBD.

It wasn't explained to us that our physical address was different than our mailing address. On the day we went to pick up the keys we were told we needed electric set up but couldn't because Ameren told us the address we were giving was incorrect. I've lived here a week and have to call the office because I never received documentation of the exact dollar amount for our rent that includes the fees including parking. We also were unpleasantly surprised that there is no elevator to the 3rd floor and during our tour we repeated one of the reasons for our move was due to a physical condition where we needed to "be on one level" and "not have stairs". All of this endures we will not be staying. Maybe that was her goal.

We recently toured BluTowne while helping my soon-to-be college graduate find his first “real” apartment as he starts his job in the Peoria/Morton area—and what a great experience it was. We had a Saturday morning appointment and were greeted by the friendliest, kindest leasing agent, Kasey. She was incredibly patient, answered all of our questions, and truly made us feel comfortable from the start. You can tell she genuinely cares. Right away, we were impressed with the lobby and community spaces. Everything was spotless, modern, and top-notch. What really stood out, though, was seeing current residents who looked genuinely happy and content. That says a lot. The amenities are amazing. The fitness center, pool, rooftop garden, and big screen TVs are such fun bonuses, but for me, safety was the top priority. The area felt safe, and the parking garage is a huge plus, especially during Midwest winters. Kasey gave a thorough, unhurried tour and took time to show multiple units. Our hour flew by. We left feeling really good about BluTowne and could easily picture it becoming my son’s new home. We absolutely fell in love with the studio apartment. The kitchen is amazing...such a great layout and finishes and the courtyard view is just perfect. It really feels like a space he can relax and recharge in. This will be such a great place for him to come home to after a long day at work. After some follow-up and a few adjustments, both Kasey and Michelle were incredibly helpful...making sure every detail was handled and that the process felt smooth and positive for my son. I am so, so grateful for BluTowne, Kasey, and Michelle. Highly recommend!

Love it. Staff is amazing. Critique of building: no outlets by alcove for x computer/monitor, only one outlet in master bath with double sinks, no outlets in walk in closet, large 2 bedroom unit has small refrigerator, bathtub is difficult to get in and out of with no edge on back side, only one of 2 window sashes are tilt out to clean.
